As Global Director of Digital Experience and Ecommerce and Digital Business Officer at PPG Industries, Jonathan directed digital business transformation for Architectural Coatings across North America, EMEA, and APAC while leading a global organization of more than 40 professionals.
The scope connected digital business strategy, ecommerce, customer experience, platforms, data, and regional execution. The central leadership challenge was not simply launching technology; it was creating a common direction that different markets and functions could apply to their own customer and operating realities.
